Özet
Langerhans hücreli histiyositozlar aktive olmufl langerhans hücrelerinin klonal ço¤almas› ile belirgindir. Cilde s›n›rl› olabildi¤i gibi (do¤ufltan kendili¤inden düzelen retikülohistiyositoz: DKDR), organ tutulumu ile birlikte de olabilir. Do¤ufltan kendili¤inden düzelen retikülohistiyositoz tan›s› için cilt d›fl› tutulumun olmamas› ve lezyonlar›n kendili¤inden gerilemesi flartt›r. Uzun dönem izlemde cilt, mukoza, kemik ve hipofizi tutan tekrarlar bildirilmifltir. ‹zleminde atriyoventriküler ritim uyumsuzlu¤una ba¤l› taflikardi ata¤› geliflen bir do¤ufltan kendili¤inden düzelen retikülohistiyositoz olmas› nedeni ile sunulmufltur.
Abstract
Langerhans cell histiocytosis is characterized by a clonal proliferation of activated Langerhans cells. Langerhans cell histiocytosis can be localized (congenital self-healing reticulohistiocytosis-CSHR) or associated with dissemination and organ dysfunction. Absence of extracutaneous involvement as well as spontaneous resolution are essential for a definitive diagnosis of CSHR. Spontaneous resolution of the lesions does not preclude the possibility of relapse, either in the skin or at extracutaneous sites. Relapses involving the skin, mucosa, bone, and pituitary have been reported. Here we present a CSHR case who has atachycardia attack due to atrioventricular disassociation on following visits.
