Özet
Amaç: Yetişkinlerde rinolitler nadir ve olağan dışıdır. Klinik Prezantasyon ve Müdahale: Biz yetişkinde iki rinolit olgusu sunmaktayız. İlk olgu raporuilginç olarak kötü kokulu burun akıntısı ve buruntıkanıklığı belirtileri ile başvuran sağlıklı yetişkinerkek olgudur. İkinci olgu raporu ise sadece birrinolit tanısı konan, aynı klinik belirtiler ile bir yetişkini sunmaktadır. Her iki olgu da sağ burunboşluğunda rastlantısal dev rinolit bulgularını ra-por etmektedir.Sonuç: Rinolit tedavisi ve rinolitin muhtemel kaynağıtartışılmıştır.
Abstract
Objective: Rhinoliths in adult are rare and uncommon. Clinical Presentation and Intervention: We presenttwo cases of rhinoliths in adult. Te frst case reportsan interesting case of a healthy adult male who presented with symptoms of foul-smelling nasal discharge and nasal block. Te second case report merelyshows an adult with the same clinical symptoms in which a rhinolith was diagnosed. Both cases report incidental fndings of huge rhinoliths in the right nasal cavity.Conclusion: Management of the rhinolith and possiblegenesis of the rhinolith are discussed.
