Konjenital üst oblik paralizisinde cerrahi tedavinin Lee perdesi ve binoküler tek görme alanı skorlaması ile değerlendirilmesi

Özet
Amaç: Lee Perdesi ve binoküler tek görme alanı skorlama metodlarını kullanarak konjenital üst oblik paralizisinde cerrahi tedavi sonuçlarını araştırmak. Yöntem: Unilateral konjenital üst oblik paralizisi olan 20 olgu çalışıldı. Vertikal kayma az ise sadece alt oblik dezinsersiyonu yapıldı. Fazla ise, aynı göze üst rektus geriletmesi veya karşı göze inferior rektus ayarlanabilir geriletme ameliyatı ilave edildi. Olgular, preoperatif ve posto-peratif dönemde 9 kardinal bakış pozisyonunda prizma örtme testine ilaveten Lee perdesi ve binoküler tek görme alanı skorlaması ile değerlendirildi. Abstract
Aim: To investigate surgical results of congenital superior oblique paralysis by using sco-ring methods of Lee charts and the field of binocular single vision. Method: Twenty cases with unilateral congenital superior oblique paralysis were studied. Inferior oblique disinsertion was performed in minor vertical deviations. In severe cases, a recession of ipsilateral superior rectus or an adjustable suture recession of contralateral inferior rectus was combined to inferior oblique disinsertion. The cases were evaluated by using prism cover test as well as scoring methods for Lee charts and field of binocular single vision in 9 cardinal positions at the preoperative and postoperative period. Results: Postoperatively 17 cases had a complete recovery and 2 cases had an improvement; whereas 1 case continued to have a head position. The cases had an improvement of 47% (p
