Üst-temporal ve üst-nazal saydam korneal kesili fakoemülsifikasyon sonrası korneal astigmatizma değişiklikleri

Özet
Amaç: Fakoemülsifikasyon cerrahisi sonrası üst-temporal ve üst-nazal sütürsüz saydam korneal kesilerin korneal astigmatizma üzerindeki etkilerini incelemek. Yöntem: Haydarpaşa Numune Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi 2. Göz Kliniği'nde fakoemülsifikasyon cerrahisi geçiren toplam 46 hastanın 50 gözü çalışma kapsamına alındı. Bu 50 gözün 28'inde saydam korneal keşi üst-temporal, 22'sinde üst-nazal yerleşimli idi. Preoperatif ve postoperatif l. ayda ortalama korneal astigmatizma değerleri, cerrahinin yolaçtığı astigmatizma miktarı/aksı ve sferik eşdeğer değişikliği ve yara yerinde cerrahinin yolaçtığı refraktif değişiklik gruplar arasında karşılaştırıldı. Abstract
Purpose: To investigate the effect of sutureless clear corneal supero-temporal and superonasal incisions on corneal astigmatism after phacoemulsification. Methods: Fifty eyes of 46 patients who had phacoemulsification at Haydarpaşa Numune Training and Research Hospital Eye Clinic 2 were included in the study. Of these 50 eyes, the clear corneal incision was superotemporal in 28 eyes and superonasal in 22 eyes. The preoperative and postoperative corneal astigmatism, magnitude and axis of the surgically induced astigmatism, surgically induced spherical equivalent change, and with-the-wound change at postoperative month-1 were compared between the superotemporal and superonasal groups.
