Özet

Wolfram sendromu diabetes insipidus. diabetes mellitus. optik atrofi ve işitme kaybının eşlik ettiği nörodejeneratif hastalıktır. Bir aileden 3 olgu nedeniyle Wolfram sendromunun oftalmolojik ve sistemik bulguları rapor edilmiştir.

Abstract

Content : Wolfram syndrome is a neurodegenerative disease which is associated with diabetes insipidus. diabetes mellitus. optic atrophy and hearing loss. We report the ophthalmologic and systemic disorders of Wolfram syndrome by the means of 3 patients from the same family.
