Özet
İntrakraniyal hemorajilere (subaraknoid ve/veya subdural) eşlik eden vitreus hemorajisi Terson Sendromu olarak adlandırılmaktadırSendrom genellikle subaraknoid hemoraji sonrası görme azlığı ile ortaya çıkan nadir bir klinik durumdur. Bu çalışmada Terson sendromu nedeniyle pars plana vitrektomi uygulanan bir olgu sunulmuştur. Olgunun ameliyat öncesi 0,1 olan görme keskinliğameliyattan sonra birinci ayda 0,7ye ulaştı. Ameliyatta ve daha sonraki takiplerde herhangi bir komplikasyon gözlenmedi. (Turk Ophthalmol 2012; 42: 400-2)
Abstract
Terson syndrome is a vitreous hemorrhage that occurs after intracranial hemorrhages (subarachnoid or subdural) and generally visual deficit or low vision is observed. In this paper, the case of a patient who had undergone pars plana vitrectomy due to Terson syndrome is presented.
