Özet
Anevrizma cerrahisinde geçici küplerin, uygulandığı damar segmenti üzerinde oluşturduğu histopatolojik hasarları iyi bilinmektedir. Bu hasarları minimale indirmek için çeşitli özellikte klipler yanında farmakolojik preparatlar denenmiştir. Bu çalışmada geçici klip öncesinde damar segmenti üzerine ince birkatman halinde sarılan kas dokusunun küplerin bilinen yan etkilerinde önemli bir azalmasağladığıgösterilmiştir.
Abstract
Temporary artery clipping in surgery of the aneurysms is well known to cause damage in the vascular segment. In order to minimise the injury, various types of clips or pharmacological materials have been utilised. In this study, we have shown histopathologically that wrapping the vascular segment by a thin muscular tissue before the application of the temporary clips causes a significant decrease in the well known traumatic effects of the clips.
