Ventriküloperitoneal şant sonrası geç dönemde gelişen çoklu intraserebral hematom nadir bir komplikasyondur. Yazıda bu komplikasyon görülen bir hasta sunuldu ve kanamanın olası mekanizmaları tartışıldı.
Abstract
Multiple delayed intracerebral hematoma following ventriculoperitoneal shunting procedure is a rare complication. In this article a patient with multiple delayed intracerebral hematoma after ventriculoperitoneal shunting is reported and possible mechanisms of this complication are discussed.
