Özet

Bu yazıda tip II odontoid kırığı olan ve anterolateral retrofarengeal yolla transodontoid vida ile tespit tekniği uygulanan 35 yaşında erkek bir hasta sunuldu. Bu yöntemin diğer yöntemlere olan üstünlüğü vurgulandı.

Abstract

In this report a 35 year old-man with type II odontoid fracture, in whom we applied direct transodontoid screw fixation technique via an anterolateral retropharyngeal approach is presented. Here we emphasize the superiority of this method.
