Özet
Yanlış olarak lomber radikülopati tanısı konulan meraljia parestetikalı üç olguyu sunuyoruz. Üst lomber radikülopati klinik tanısı alan hastalarda, motor ve refleks defisitleri yoksa, meraljia parestetika tanısı düşünülmelidir.
Abstract
We describe three patients with meralgia paresthetica who were given the misdiagnosis of lumbar radiculopathy. In patients with the clinical diagnosis of upper lumbar radiculopathy without motor and reflex deficits, the diagnosis of meralgia paresthetica should be considered.
