Kafa Travmalarına Bağlı Rinore’nin Endonazal Endoskopik Tamiri

Özet

Kafa travmalarına bağlı rinore sık görülen patolojik durumlardan birisidir. Rinoreye bağlı gelişebilecek ikincil sorunlara yol açmamasıaçısından bu durumun düzeltilmesi gerekir ve bu durumun tedavisi cerrahidir. Önceleri pek çok cerrahi tedavi yöntemi önerilmişve uygulanmış olsa da günümüzde geniş ölçüde tercih edilen ve etkili olan cerrahi tedavi yöntemi rinorenin endonazal endoskopikyaklaşım ile tamir metodudur. Daha güvenli olması ve komplikasyon riskinin daha az olması bu yaklaşımı tercih edilir hâle getirmiştir.Derlemede, bu yöntemin endikasyonları, avantaj ve dezavantajları, cerrahi teknikleri, tanı ve takip sonuçları ile birlikte sunulmuştur.Literatür bilgileri eşliğinde, klinik ve pratik bilgiler de paylaşılmış ve yöntemin etkinliği ve takiplerde dikkat edilmesi gerekenlertartışılmıştır.

Abstract

Rhinorrhea due to head trauma is a common pathological condition. Surgical treatment should be performed within a short time because of the secondary pathologies due to rhinorrhea. Although many surgical treatment methods have been used previously, the endonasal endoscopic approach is currently a widely preferred and effective method for the treatment of rhinorrhea. The endonasal endoscopic approach has become a preferred method for rhinorrhea treatment because of its safety and lower complication rate. The indications, advantages, and disadvantages of this method are presented together with the diagnosis, surgical techniques, and follow-up results in this review. The literature and clinical and practical information are also shared and the effectiveness of the method and the points to be considered in the follow-up are discussed.
