Özet
Hemodiyaliz için arteriyovenöz fstüller (AVF) genellikle üst ekstremitede açılmaktadırlar. Bu bölgedeki AVFleri tromboze olmuş hastalarda alternatif yollara ihtiyaç vardır. Safen ven grefti ile AVF oluşturulması üst ekstremitelerinde nativ damarları ile fstül açılma şanslarını yitirmiş olan hastalarda alternatif bir hemodiyaliz yolu olarak değerlendirilebilir. Bu olgu sunumunda üst ekstremitelerindeki fstülleri tromboze olmuş, üst ekstremite vasküler yapıları yeni bir AVF oluşturulması için uygun olmayan hemodiyalize bağımlı bir hastada safen ven interpozisyonu ile brakiyal arter ile bazilik ven arasında AVF oluşturulması sunulmuştur.
Abstract
Arteriovenous fstulas for hemodialysis are usually open in the upper extremity. For patients withthrombosed arteriovenous fstulas in this area, alternative fstula access routes are needed. AVF creationwith a saphenous vein graft is an alternative hemodialysis access method in the patient who has lostthe chance of fstula creation with his native vessels.The aim of this case report is to discuss AV fstulamanagement with a saphenous vein graft between the brachial artery and basilic vein in a hemodialysis-dependent patient. In this patient previous fstulas were thrombosed and the native vessels in the upperextremity vessels were not suitable for a new AV fstula creation.
