Özet
Amaç: Adli toksikolojik analitik sürecin tamamı tıbbi laboratuvar yönetmeliğinde, standartlarda vekılavuzlarda tanımlanmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı farklı meslek gruplarına göre adli toksikolojik analizin kalite yönetim sürecine uygunluğunun değerlendirilmesidir. Gereç ve Yöntem: Farklı mesleklerden 141 kurum personeline uygulanan anketler görevine göre 3 gruba ayrıldı. Verilerin analizinde SPSS 16.0 kullanıldı. Grupların ortalamaları Kruskal-Wallis testi ve ANOVA ile karşılaştırıldı. Bulgular: Uygulanan anketlerde adli toksikolojik analiz hakkında kurum personellerinin bilgi düzeyleri diğer grubunda en düşük bulundu. Kurum personelinin görevine göre, bilgi düzeyi yeterlilikleri tüm meslek gruplarında hesaplanamamıştır. Kalite yönetim sürecinde yapılan bu analizden hastanedeki kurum personeli arasında herhangi bir iletişim sorunu bulunmamakta, iş ve süreçlerdeki gelişmelerin sürekli raporlanması ve uygulanan hizmet içi eğitim ile ilgili algı düzeylerinin yeterliliği diğer grubunda en yüksek bulundu. Sonuç: Farklı mesleki uzmanlıkları olan kurum personelleri adli toksikolojik analizde görev almaktadır. Çalışmamızda adli toksikolojik analiz hakkında bilgi düzeyleri diğer grubunda en düşük saptandı. Diğer grubunun işyerinden beklentileri mesleki uzmanlığı olan kurum personelinden daha düşük olduğundan, kalite yönetimi uygulamaları hakkında algılama düzeyleri daha yüksek olmuştur.
Abstract
Aim: The entire analytical process in forensic toxicology is defined in medical laboratory regulation, standarts and guidances. The aim of this study is to evaluate the suitability of forensic toxicological analysis to the quality management process according to different occupational groups. Materials and Methods: The questionnaires applied to 141 institution personel from different occupational were divided into 3 groups according to their tasks. In analyze of the data was used to SPSS 16.0. Mean of the groups were compared with Kruskal-Wallis test and ANOVA. Results: In the questionnaires, the knowledge level of the institution personnel about forensic toxicological analysis was found the lowest in the other group. According to the task of the personnel of the institution, knowledge level competencies could not be calculated in all occupational groups. Of this analysis in the quality management process no communication problems between institution personnel in the hospital, continuous reporting of developments in business and processes and adequacy of related to perception levelsapplied the in-service training were found to be highest in other group Conclusion: Institutional personnel with different occupational specialties take part in forensic toxicological analysis. The knowledge level of the institution personnel about forensic toxicological analysis was found the lowest in the other group. Since the workplace expectations of the other group are lower than the institutional personel with occupational expertise, the perception levels about of the quality management practices were higher.
