Özet
Bu çalışma gebeliğin Behçet hastalığı üzerine etkisini araştırmak amacı ile yapıldı. 1989 ile 1998 yıllan arasında takip ettiğimiz 16 gebe Behçet hastasında, gebelik sırasındaki aktivasyon ve remisyon durumu, gebelik öncesi ve sonrası dönemle karşılaştırmalı olarak değerlendirildi. Gebelik sırasında aktivasyon bulguları sıklık sırasına göre genital ülser, oral aft, papülopüstül lezyonlar ve eritema nodozumdu. Gebelikler miadında normal doğumla sonlandı ve bebekler sağlıklı idi.
Abstract
In this study we aimed to investigate the effect of pregnancy on Behçet's disease. The activation and remission states in pregnancy period were evaluated comparatively before and after pregnancy period in 16 pregnant Behçet patients who were watched closely between years 1989 and 1998. In the pregnancy period, the activation findings were genital ulcer, oral aphthae, papulopustular lesions and erythema nodosum in decreasing order. The pregnancies ended with normal birth and the infants were healthy.
