Bu gah§mada, kompanse ve dekompanse karaciger sirozlu hastalarda glomeruler filtrasyon hizi (GFR) ve erit¬ropoetin (EPO) duzeyleri arastmldx. Cahsmada 15 kompanse (Child A), 15 dekompanse (Child B ve C) kara¬ciger sirozlu hasta ve 15 kontrol vakasi ahndi. Gruplann yas ortalamasi sirasi He 37.5, 40.6, 35.3'tu. Butiln vakalarda Tc99m dietil triaminik penta asetik asit (DPTA) He renal sintigrafi yapildi, plazma EPO duzeyleri b'lguldu. Total GFR, normallerde 110.6+9 ml/dk, kompanse sirozlarda 112.5±9 ml/dk ve dekompanse sirozlar¬da 69.6+8 ml/dk bulundu. Kontrollerle kompanse sirozlar arasmda anlamli fark yoktu (p>0.05). Abstract

In this study the levels of glomerularfiltration rate (GFR) and erythropoietin were investigated in compansa¬ted and decompansated liver cirrhosis. Fifteen compansated (Child A), 15 decompansated (Child B and C) and 15 controls were studied.The mean age was 37.5, 40.6 and 35.3 respectively. Renal scintigraphy was per¬formed using Tc99m DTPA and erythropoietin was measured in all cases. GFR was 110.6+9 ml/min in cont¬rols, 112.5+9 ml/min in compansated and 69-6+ 8ml/min in decompansated cirrhotic patients.
