Abstract

The Effects of Combined Treatment of Cyproterone Acetate and Estradiol on Hormonal Parameters and Clinical in Hirsute Women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome This study aimed to evaluate the effects of cyproterone acetate (2 mg) and ethinyl estradiol (35 mg) on hormo¬nal parameters and clinical (Ferriman-Gallwey scope) in 15 hirsute women with polycystic ovary syndrome. Six months treatment with cyproterone acetate and estradiol resulted in a significant decrease in Ferriman-Gall¬wey score, serum DHEA-SO4, total and free testosterone levels (16.2 ± 4.6 vs. 12.4 + 4.1, p
