Özet
Boyunda şişlik şikayeti ile gelen 14 yaşındaki bayan hastanın fizik muayenesinde tiroid bezi grade 2 diffüz ele geliyordu. Tirotoksikoz düşündürecek hiçbir sistemik -bulgu saptanmadı. Tiroid ulrasonografisinde sağ lob 60x41x30 mm, sol lob 59x40x36 mm, istmus 9 mm olup parankim homojendi. TSH: değerleri normal sınırların üstünde olan hastada 400 µg IV TRH uyarı testine normal yanıt alındı. Serum α subünit seviyesi 0.2 mIU/ml (N: 0-0.9), α subünit/TSH oranı
Abstract
14 year old female patient with the symptom of neck swelling had a diffuse grade II thyroid gland in physhical examination. No systemic sign of thyrotoxicosis were found. In thyroid ultasonography, the gland had a homogenous paranchymal structure with a right lobe 60x41x30 mm, left lobe 59x40x36 mm and isthmus of 9 mm. TSH, free T3 and free T4 levels were above normal and response to 400 µg IV TRH test was normal, α-subunit level was 0.2 mIU/ml and the a subunit/TSH ratio was
