Ailede Çocuk İstismarı ve İhmali

Özet

Bu makalede, çocuk istismarı ve ihmali ile ilgili temel kavramlar ile ihmal ve istismarın türleri açıklanmış, nedenleri ve önlenmesi üzerinde durulmuştur. Genel anlamda çocuğa fiziksel ve psikolojik olarak zarar verme olarak ifade edilen istismar ve ihmal, çocukta benlik kavramının gelişimini olumsuz etkilemekte, çocukların bedensel, cinsel, zihinsel ve psiko-sosyal yönden sağlıklı bireyler olarak gelişmelerini engellemektedir. Sonuç olarak bu çalışmada ailede çocuk istismarı ve ihmaline dikkat çekilmeye çalışılmıştır.

Abstract

In this article, the basic concepts and types of child abuse and neglect will be explained and also it will be emphasized on the causes and prevention of child abuse and neglect. In general we describe abuse and neglect as if physical and psychological damage on child development. It also effects the development of self-concept in a negative way and it prevents their healthy development as physically, sexually, mentally and psycho-socially. As a result, in this study the focus of the study is on child abuse and neglected child in the family.
