Özet
Uluslararası iktisat literatüründe, dış ticaretin sebebi çok sayıda farklı teorilerle açıklanmaya çalışılmaktadır.Adam Smith ile başlayan, David Ricardo ile devam eden faktör yoğunluğu teoremi ile sonuca varılan klasik dışticaret teorisi, ülkeler arasında faktör yoğunluklarına bağlı ortaya çıkan üretim maliyetlerine dayalı olarak dışticaretin yapıldığını öne çıkarırken, diğer teoriler bunun dışındaki sebeplerle dış ticaretin yapıldığını ilerisürmektedirler. Klasik dış ticaret teorisi endüstriler arası ticareti ifade ederken, diğer teoriler endüstri içi ticaretinvarlığını iddia etmektedirler. Bu çalışmanın amacı nispeten ileri teknoloji ürünü sayılan otomotiv sektörü içinTürkiye’nin AB ile endüstri içi ticaretin ölçülmesidir. Grubel – Lloyd`un EİT Ölçüm Yöntem uygulanarakotomotiv sektörünün Türkiye-AB ticaretinde durum tespiti yapılacaktır. 2000-2016 dönemini kapsayan buçalışma bulguları, otomotiv sektörünün önemli ölçüde endüstri içi ticarete dayalı yapıldığını göstermektedir.GTİP 4’lü koda göre seçilen 8 alt alanın 4’ünde Endüstri İçi Ticaretin net varlığı tespit edilmiştir. Diğer dördündeise nispeten EİT varlığı görülmektedir.
Abstract
The reasons of foreign trade had been explained by so many different theories in the international economics literature. Ricardian foreign trade theory as also called as classical foreign trade theory put forward production costs emerging from factor densities but the other theories put forward that foreign trade is conducted because of other reasons. Classical foreign trade expresses the trade ammong industries, other theories claim the being of intra industry trade. In this research, in the automotive industry which is a high technology product, intra industry trade between Turkey and EU is being measured. Grubel - Measurement Methods Lloyd` the ECO is made by applying the due diligence of the Turkey-EU trade in the automotive sector The findings cover the period 2000-2016, and indicate that the automotive industry is highly based on intra industry trade. In the other four, the presence of ECO is relatively visible.
