Abstract

The purpose of this study was the determination of toxoplasmosis by IFAT, in the Military Veterinary School of the Veterinary Medicine and Training Center, during the months of October-November, 1999. There were three groups under investigation and each group included thirty soldiers'. In the first group, which was in contact with dogs, the rate of toxoplasmosis seropositivity was 26.67%. In the second group, which was in contact with other species of animals, the rate was 36,67% and in the third group, which-was not in contact with any animals, the rate was 6.67%.
