Özet
Akar yönünden bakısı yapılan 628 adet köy tavuğunun 25'inde (%4;0), 67 horozun 1'inde (%1.5) Dermanyssus gallinae tespit edilmiş, bir köyde 13 (%2.1) tavukta Knemidokoptes mutans türü uyuz etkenine rastlanmıştır. Uyuz ile enfekte olan tavukların bacaklarında kabuklanma, kalınlaşma, tarsus ve parmaklarda sert nodüller ve beyaz süngerimsi bir görüntü, topallık ve bacaklarda deformasyon dikkati çekmiştir.
Abstract
In this research, 628 chickens, and 67 cocks were examined for mites and mange. As the result of the inspection, 25(4.0%) chickens, and 1 (1.5%) cock were found to be infested with Dermanyssus gallinae. Knemidokoptes mutans was found in 13 (2.1%) chickens in only one village. Symptoms such as thickness and encrustation of the legs, nodules and spongy crusts on the tarsus and digits, were found in chickens With mange. Also, their legs were deformed and they limped.
