Özet

Elazığ şehir kanalizasyonunun döküldüğü Keban Baraj Gölünün Koçkale bölgesinden yakalanan Capoeta trutta balığının ince barsağına yapışmış bir şekilde Neoechinorhyncidae ailesine ait aynı tür 14 parazite rastlandı. Parazitin mikroskobik incelemelerine ve morfometrik özelliklerine göre Neoechinorhynchus rutili olduğu saptandı. Neoechinorhynchus rutili'nin erkeklerinin ortalama vücut uzunluğu 7.18±1.36 mm (3.05-12.15 mm), genişliği 0.68$pm$0.11 mm (0.35-1.02 mm), dişilerinin ise ortalama uzunluğu 10,14±1.49 mm (6.25-19,87 mm) ve genişliği del.09±0.06 mm (0.90-1.41 mm) olarak ölçüldü. Parazitin, anteriorde kancalı ovalımsi yapıda küçük bir hortum taşıdığı saptandı. Daha önce bir çok balıkta tespit edilen Neoechinorhynchus rutili'nin, bu çalışmayla Capoeta trutta 'da da bulunduğu belirlendi.

Abstract

Fourteen individuals of a parasite species of Neoechinorhyncidae family were found in the small intestine of Capoeta trutta in the Koçkale Region of the Keban Dame Lake where Elazığ City wastes are discharged. It was identified as Neoechinorhynchus rutili according to its morphometric and microscopical characteristics. The mean body length of the male N. rutili was 7.18±1.36 mm (3.05-12.15 mm) and its width was 0.68±0.11 mm (0.35-1.02 mm). The length of female was 10.14±1.49 mm (6.25-19.87 mm) and its width was 1.09±0.06 mm (0.90-1.41 mm). A small and oval proboscis provided with a hook was -defined on the anterior of the parasite. In this study, N. rutili that had been found in several fish species during previous investigations was also seen in C. trutta.
