Kars ilinde kesilen koyunlarda paramphistomiosisin yaygınlığı

Özet

Bu çalışma Kars merkez, ilçeleri ve köylerinden getirilerek Kars Et Kombinası'nda Eylül 2001 -Ocak 2002 tarihleri arasında kesilen 911, iki yaş ve üzerindeki, Morkaraman ırkı koyun üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Kesimhaneye haftada1-2 defa gidilerek, kesimi müteakip koyunların safra keseleri ve mide bölümleri Amphistoınum'lar yönünden incelenmiştir. Muayene edilen 911 koyuna ait safra keselerinde parazit bulunmamış, 15 koyunun (%1.64) rumeninde değişik sayıda Paramphistomum spp.'ye rastlanmıştır.

Abstract

This study was earned out to investigate the distribution of paramphistomiasis in sheep of the Morkaraman breed. The sheep were two years old or older and were brought to the Kars Meat Abattoir from different localities of the Kars Province. For this investigation, the slaughterhouse was visited once or twice a week from September 2001 to January 2002. During this period of time, compartments of stomachs and gallbladders from 911 animals were examined for amphistomid parasites. While amphistomid species were not observed in the gall bladders of these animals examined, 15 out of 911 sheep (1.64%) were found to be infected with Parampliistomuin species.
