Bu çalışmanın amacı, tiroidektomi veyapropiltiyourasil (PTU) uygulamasıyla hipotiroidizm oluşturulmuş raflarda tiroid hormonları ile plazma çinko düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkiyi araştırmaktır. Kontrol (n=6), tiroidektomi (n=6) ve PTU (n=6) olmak üzere toplam 18 rat üzerinde gerçekleştirilen çalışmada, bütün grupların plazma T3, T4 (RIA yöntemi ile) ve çinko düzeyleri (atomik absorpsiyon spektrofotometresi ile) tayin edildi. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of thyroidectomy and propylthiouracil induced (PTU) hypothyroidism on plasma levels of zinc and thyroid hormones in rats.
