Gökçeada kıyı sularındaki balıkların parazitik nematodları

Özet

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı Gökçeada civarındaki balıkların parazitik nematodları ve bu nematodların konakçıları ile bunların enfeksiyon değerlerini belirlemektir. Yöntemler: Değişik av araçları ile yakalanan balıklar canlı olarak laboratuvara getirildi. Disekte edilen balıklar nematodlar yönünden incelendi. Bulunan nematodlar canlı olarak incelendiği gibi bazıları fikse edildi. Daha sonra fikse edilen nematodlar laktofenol ile şeffaflaştırılarak yapıları araştırıldı ve türleri teşhis edildi. Bulgular: Elli farklı balık türüne ait toplam 887 adet balığın incelendiği bu çalışmada 25 balık türünde 7 nematod türü (Anisakis simplex, Contracaecum fabri, Contracaecum aduncum, Cucullanus micropapillatus, Cucullanus hians, Ascarophis sp,. Echinocephalus spinosissimus) bulundu. Sonuç: Farklı 11 er balık türünde bulunan Anisakis simplex ve Contracaecum fabri türlerinin bu bölge için dominant olduğu görüldü.

Abstract

Objective: The aim of this study is to determine the parasitic nematodes of fish near Gökçeada, their host and infection values. Methods: The fish caught by various fishing methods were transported to the laboratory. The fishes were dissected and studied for nematoda. At first, the nematodes were investigated live and some of these nematodes were fixed. Later these nematodes were cleared in lacthofenol and identified. Results: In this study, a total of 887 fish samples belonging to different 50 fish species, were investigated and 7 species of nematoda were found, (Anisakis simplex, Contracaecum fabri, Contracaecum aduncum, Cucullanus micropapillatus, Cucullanus hians, Ascarophis sp,. Echinocephalus spinosissimus). Conclusion: Anisakis simplex and Contracaecum fabri, found in different 11 fish species, were the dominant species for this region.
