Özet
Bu çalışmada, Artemisia annua L.'nın farklı oranlarda (% 5, 25 ve 50) hazırlanmış yaprak ekstraktının üç adet kültür bitkisi (Helianthus annus L., Lactuca sativa L. ve Eea mays L.)ve yabancı ot türüne (Amaranthus retroflexus L., Echinochloa crus-galli (L.) P.B. ve Lolium perenne L.) olan allelopatik etkisi laboratuvar koşullarında araştırılmıştır. Sonuç olarak, A. annua yaprak ekstraktı bütün türlerin çimlenmesini % 5.63 ile % 78.47 değişen oranlarda azaltmıştır. Ekstraktın konsantrasyonu % 5'den % 50'ye arttıkça kültür bitkisi ve yabancı ot türlerinin çimlenme oranlarının engellenmesi arttmıştır.
Abstract
In this study, the allelopathic potential of Artemisia annua L. leaf extract at different concentration (5, 25, and 50%) of was evaluated on germination of three crop species (Helianthus annus L., Lactuca sativa L. and Zea mays L.) and weed species (Amaranthus retroflexus L., Echinochloa crus-galli (L.) P.B., and Lolium perenne L.) in laboratory condition. As a result, germination of all species were reduced by the extract from leaves of A. annua at different percentage ranging between 5.63 and 78.47%. Rising the aqueous extract concentrations from 5 to 50% of test plant part significantly increased the inhibition of all crop and weed species germination.
