Özet
Geçici kalça osteoporozu; nadir görülen, kendini sınırlayan ve anbaşlangıçlı kalça ağrısıyla karakterize bir hastalıktır. Çoğunlukla ortyaş erkekleri ve gebeliğin üçüncü trimesterinde veya erken postpartumdönemde bulunan bayanları etkilemektedir. Tedavide istirahatkalçaya binen yükün azaltılması, analjezik ve antirezorptif ilaçlar yealmaktadır. Biz geçici kalça osteoporozu tanısı konulan ve hiperbarioksijen tedavisi ile semptomlarında azalma olan iki hasta sunuyoruz. Bolgu sunumunda, hastalığın klinik özelliklerini ve hiperbarik oksijenitedavideki rolünü tartışmayı amaçladık.
Abstract
Transient osteoporosis of the hip is not a common disease. It is self- limited and characterized by the sudden onset of hip pain. It affectsmostly middle-aged men and women in the third trimester ofpregnancy and early postpartum period. The treatment consists ofrest, decrease in weight bearing on hip, analgesics, and anti-resorptivedrugs. We present two patients who were diagnosed with transientosteoporosis of the hip and had reduction in symptoms with hyperbaricoxygen therapy. In this report, we aimed to discuss the clinical featuresof the disease and the role of in its treatment.
