Özet

Türkiye Cumhuriyetinde eğitim, daima resmi ideolojiye sadık prototip birey ve top- lum yaratılması süreci olarak kavranmıştır. Bu süreçteki nihai amaç, bütünleşik ve ho- mojen toplum inşasına uygun tektipleştirilmiş insan yaratmaktır. Anayasa Mahkemesi, bu vesayetçi anlayışın bekçisi olmuştur. Bu çalışmada, Cumhuriyetin eğitim ideolojisi ve eğitim politikaları, Anayasal belgeler ve Anayasa Mahkemesi kararları çerçevesinde açıklanmıştır.

Abstract

In the Republic of Turkey, the education has been regarded as the process of the creation of prototypical individual and society who are both loyal to state ideology. The final aim of this process is to shape a uniformed human being who is eligible for the structuring of a homogen and integrated society. The Constitutional Court has been the watchdog of this tutelary approach. In this study, the educational ideology and policy of the Republic of Turkey are revealed in the framework of the constitu- tional documents and Constitutional Court judgments.
