Özet

Geçmişten günümüze insanların yeni yerler görme arzusu yani keşfetme isteğiturizm ve seyahat kavramlarının da doğmasını ve gelişmesini sağlamıştır. Çalışma ha- yatının yüklemiş olduğu ağır sorumluluktan ve günlük yaşamın stresinden uzaklaşa- bilmek için milyonlarca insan her yıl seyahat etmektedir. Aynı zamanda değişik yerlergörerek, kültür ve bakış açısını geliştirmek gibi amaçlar da turizm olgusunun temelinioluşturmaktadır. Günümüzde tatil imkânlarının, refah düzeyinin ve ücretli tatillerinartması, çalışma hayatının sınırlarının belirlenmesi, ulaşım imkânlarının gelişmesi,ülkeler arası sınırların azalması gibi sebepler seyahat etme arzusunu her geçen güntetiklemektedir. Seyahat etme isteğinin artması insanları bu alanlarda çalışmak için teşvik etmeyeyönlendirmiş ve Dünyada ve ülkemizde seyahate dayalı yeni alanların ve sektörlerindoğumuna sebep olmuştur. Bu anlamda ortaya çıkan en önemli kavram ise paket tursözleşmeleri olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Çalışmamızda paket tur sözleşmesinin tanımı, mevzuatta düzenlenişi, sözleşmenintarafları, hak ve yükümlülükleri ile sözleşmenin sona ermesi üzerinde durulacaktır.

Abstract

Past and present to people s desire to explore new places, seeing that desire hasled to the emergence of tourism and travel concept and development. Studies haveinstalled the heavy responsibility of his life and to escape the stress of everyday lifeof millions of people still travel every year. Seeing different places at the same time, the aim of improving the angle of view is the basis of culture and tourism phenom- enon. Nowadays vacation opportunities, and increase the welfare of paid holidays,determining the limits of working life, the development of transportation facilities,and international boundaries of the desire to travel reasons, such as the reduction istriggered every day. The increase in travel willingness to encourage people to work in these areas hasdirected and led to a trip around the world and in our country based on the birth ofnew areas and sectors. This is the most important concept that emerged in the senseemerges as a package tour contracts. The definition of this study package tour contract, arrangement of the legislation,the parties to the agreement will focus on the termination of the contract with rightsand obligations.
