Özet
Memurlara uygulanan en geleneksel yasaklardan birisi de siyaset yapma yasağıdır. Siyaset yapmak, terimi oldukça geniş bir anlam ifade eden bir terimdir. Bu nedenle konu içerisinde daha ziyade doğrudan siyasi faaliyette bulunmanın, kamu personel hukukundaki durumu tartışılmıştır. Siyasi faaliyet kapsamında olsa da toplantı ve gösteri yürüyüşünde bulunma, sendikal faaliyetler konu kapsamında ele alınmamıştır. Konu, mukayeseli hukuk bakımından, Almanya örneğine göre değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır.
Abstract
One of the most traditional ban is applied to civil servants: prohibition policy. Policy making, the term is a term that expresses a wide meaning.
