Özet

ÖZET Hukuk eğitimi ülkenin hukuk sisteminin işleyişi ile yakından ilgili olması bakımından özel bir önemi haizdir. İyi eğitilmiş hukukçuların bulunduğu bir hukuk sisteminde adaletin tesis edilmesi ve hukukun gelişmesi daha kolay olacaktır. Bu anlamıyla hukuk eğitimi kavramı hak arama özgürlüğü ve adil yargılanma hakkı gibi hukukun çok önemli kavramlarıyla da yakından ilişkilidir. Hukuk eğitiminin iyi olmasının yanı sıra bu eğitimin meslek süresince devamı da büyük öneme sahiptir. Hukuk eğitiminin bir ömür boyu devam etmesi, hayatın ve hukukun dinamizminin bir gereğidir. Bu çalışmada, karşılaştırmalı hukuk örnekleri de dikkate alınarak ortaya konulan somutönerilerle, hukuk ve hukukçunun eğitiminde yaşanan sorunlarının giderilmesine ve eğitim kalitesinin arttırılmasıyla adalet kurumunun iyileştirilmesine katkı sağlanması hedeflenmiştir. Bu kapsamda sistemin zayıf ve güçlü yanları belirlenmiş ve sistemin daha da iyileştirilmesi için gerekli önerilerde bulunulmuştur. Çalışmanın, bu konuda yapılanların bir tekrarı olmamasına özellikle özen gösterilmiştir.

Abstract

Legal education is closely related to the functioning of the legal system of the country has a special importance. Development of law and establishment of justice will be easier in a legal system where there are well-trained lawyers. In this sense, the concept of legal education is closely related to very important concepts of law such as right to legal remedies and right to a fair trial.In addition to being a good legal, the continuation of this education during the profession is of great importance. Continuing legal education for a lifetime is arequirement of the dynamism of life and law.In this study, it is aimed to contribute to solve problems in the field of legal and jurists’ education and by improving quality of education to carry judiciary forward. In this context, the system's strengths and weaknesses are identified and suggestions are made for further improvement of the system. In this study, a particular care has been taken into account to avoid reputation this regard.
