Özet

Türkiye coğrafyasında yüzyıllardır süren savaşlar ve sosyo-ekonomik gelişmelerberaberinde birçok meselenin de ortaya çıkmasına neden olmuştur. Bunlardanbiri de zaman içinde kronik bir hal alan harabe vaziyetteki vakıf kurumlarınınnasıl değerlendirilmesi gerektiği sorunsalıdır. II. Meşrutiyet, Mütareke, Atatürk,İsmet İnönü ve Adnan Menderes dönemlerinde gündemi meşgul eden bu konuhakkında iktidarlar halkın hassasiyetlerini ve ekonomik koşullarını göz önündebulundurarak çözümler üretmeye çalışmışlardır. Ancak çözüm üretmenin tektaraflı olmadığı bu konu ile ilgili yetmiş yılı aşan süreçte harabe durumdakicamii, mescit, medrese, tekke, türbe ve sebiller enkaz vaziyetinden kurtarılmayaçalışılmıştır. Konunun teşhis edilip çözümler üretilmeye başlandığı II.Meşrutiyet Dönemi’nden 1970’li yıllara kadar uzanan zaman zarfında kamuoyumeseleye dini mekânların yıkılıp yıkılmayacağı perspektifinden yaklaşmıştır. II.Dünya Savaşı’nın neden olduğu özgün koşullar konunun daha da karmaşık birhal almasına sebebiyet vermiştir. Bir ara tartışmalara gayrimüslim vakıflarıntaşınmazları da dâhil edilmiştir.

Abstract

The centuries-old wars and socio-economic developments in Turkey's geography have caused many issues to emerge. One of them should be concerned with how to evaluate the foundation institutions in the ruined state which has become chronic in time. II. the Constitution, Truce, Atatürk, İsmet İnönü and Adnan Menderes were very busy on this agenda and the authorities tried to produce solutions by considering the sensitivities and economic conditions of the people. However, over seventy years have elapsed over this issue, in which the solution maker is not unilateral, to try to get rid of the mosque, mosque, madrasah, Islamic monastery, tombs and public fountain. The issue is being diagnosed and the solutions started to be produced II. During the period from the Constitutional Period until the 1970s, public opinion approached from the perspective that religious places would not collapse. II.
