Özet

Dişetinde şişlik ve dişlerinde sallanma yakınmaları ile başvuran ve non-Hodgkin lenfoma tanısı alan 69 yaşındaki bir olgu sunulmaktadır. Oral bölgede belirtiler ile ortaya çıkan non-Hodgkin lenfoma olguları, tanıdaki güçlükler de vurgulanarak gözden geçirilmiştir.

Abstract

A case of diffuse large cell lymphoma of the gingiva is presented in which loosening of the teeth and a gingival mass were the initial and the only manifestations of the disease. Non-Hodgkin lymphomas of the oral cavity are reviewed with emphasizing the diagnostic pitfalls.
