Behçet hastalığında protein C, protein S, C4 binding protein, antitrombin III ve faktör V leiden mutasyonu

Behçet hastalığında (BH) tromboza eğilimin değerlendirilmesi amaçlanan bu çalışmada, mukokutane-us, oküler, vasküler, eklem tutulumu olarak gruplandınlan hastalarda ve 20 kişilik sağlıklı grupta pro-tein C (PC), protein S (PS), C4 binding protein (C4BP), antitrombin III (ATIII) ve faktör V Leiden (FVL) mutasyonu çalışılmıştır. PC 44, PS 44, C4BP 41, ATIII 67 ve FVL 38 hastada çalışıldı. Kontrol ve BH gru-bunda fark olmadığı gibi, BH grupları arasında oküler tutulum dışında kontrol ve diğer gruplara göre anlamlı fark yoktu. Hastalarda ayrıca. FVL mutasyonu taşıyıp taşımadıklarına göre PC, PS, C4BP ve ATIII değerleri karşılaştırıldığında anlamlı fark yoktu. Bulgular BH'da PC, PS, C4BP ve ATIII değerleri-nin etkilenmemekle beraber, FVL mutasyonunun aynı antikoagulan halkadaki PC, PS, C4BP değerleri-ni etkilemediğim göstermektedir.
Abstract
Protein C, Protein S, Antithrombin III, C4 Binding Protein and Factor V Leiden Mutation in Behçet's Disease To assess thrombotic tendency in Behçet's disease (BD), protein C (PC), protein S (PS), C4 binding pro-tein (C4BP), antithrombin III (ATIII) and factor V Leiden (FVL) mutation studied in 44, 44, 41, 67 and 38 BD patients, respectively. These parameters were also studied in 20 normal healthy individuals. The differences of PC, PS, C4BP, ATIII values between BD and control groups were not statistically signifi-cant. There was also no significant difference among mucocutaneous, ocular, vascular and arthricular groups ofBD and control group apart from ocular group in which PC values were lower compared to control group. In addition these values were not different in Behçet's patients with and without FVL mu-tation. This result suggested that PC, PS, ATIII, C4BP were not changed in BD and FVL mutation also did not effect this values.
