Özet
Hodgkin hastalığının alt tiplerinde, Reed-Sternberg (RS) hücrelerinin immunofenotipi heterojendir. Bu çalışmada 52 Hodgkin hastalığı olgusunda immünohistokimyasal bulgular araştırılmıştır. Olguların çoğunda (%73) RS hücreleri CD30, %35'inde CD15 ve EMA pozitifti. Olguların %33'ünde RS hücreleri T hücre belirleyicisi CD45RO, %27'sinde ise B hücre belirleyicisi CD20 için immünreaksiyon gösterdi. CD20, lenfositten zengin, nodüler alt tipde diğer tiplerden istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı olarak daha fazlaydı (p
Abstract
The immunophenotype of the Reed-Sternberg (RS) cells in Hodgkin's disease is heterogenous among different subtypes. In this study, we investigated immunohistochemical features of 52 cases with Hodgkin's disease. In majority of the cases (73%) RS cells were CD30 positive, and in 35% of the cases, they were CD15 and EMA positive. In 33% of the cases, RS cells were reactive with T cell marker CD45RO, and in 27%, showed reactivity with the B cell marker CD20. CD20 expression was found significantly more in nodular, lymphocyte predominat subtype than other subtypes in statistical analysis (p
