Testiste primer malign lenfoma: İki olgu nedeniyle

Özet

Testisin primer malign lenfoması oldukça nadirdir. Preoperatuvar dönemde diğer tümörlerden ayrımı güçtür. Tanı histopatolojik olarak konulur. En sık görülen şekli diffüz büyük hücreli formudur. Orşiektomi sonrası adjuvant radyoterapi ve/veya kemoterapi uygulanmaktadır. Prognozu diğer testis tümörlerinden kötü olup, ilk 1 yıl içinde yayılım bulgusunun olmaması iyi prognoz işareti olarak kabul edilir. Özellikle bir olgumuzun atipik yayılım g stermesi, son derece nadir görülen tümör grubu olmaları nedeniyle iki olgu sunuldu ve literatür gözden geçirildi.

Abstract

Primary malignant lymphoma of the testis is rare. It is difficult to differentiate it from other tumors in preoperational stage. Histopathological examination is necessary for definite diagnosis. The most frequent form is diffuse large cell lymphoma. Adjuvant radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy performs after orchiectomy. Prognosis is usually poor. Lack of spread in the first year is expected as a good prognosis marker. Two cases of primary lymphoma in testis is presented.
