Özet
Koroner arter anevrizmaları genellikle koroner anjiyografide rastlantısal olarak saptanan, seg-menter arteriyal dilatasyonlardır. Nasıl tedavi edilmeleri gerektiği konusunda henüz fikir birliği yoktur. Tedavi seçenekleri cerrahi, perkutan koroner girişim ve medikal tedavidir. Bu yazıda bir koroner arter anevrizması olgusu sunulmuş ve literatür bilgileri ışığında, bir tedavi seçeneği olarakpolitetrafloroetilen kaplı stentlerin kullanımı gözden geçirilmiştir.
Abstract
Coronary artery aneurysms are dilatations of arterial segments, which are typically incidentally identified at angiography. There is no therapeutic consensus regarding this finding. Treatment may consist of surgical, percutaneous, or medical interventions. We present a case of saccular coronary artery aneurysm and review the literature on the use of polytetrafluoroethylene covered stents as a therapeutic option for this condition.
