Özet
Bu makale, romatizmal olmayan myokarditlerîn etyolojisindeki problemlerdeki en son verileri, tanısı ve oluşum mekanizmasıyla ilgili bilgiler içermektedir. Yeni miyokardit sınıflandırması ve hastalığın oluşumuyla ilgili temel patogenetik mekanizmalar hastalığı tanımlamıştır. Miyokardit patogenezinde, birbirleriyle ilişkili düzenleyici sistemler ve bunların disfonksiyonunun sonuçları gösterilmiştir.
Abstract
The present literary review contains the latest data on problems of etiology and the mechanism of development and diagnostics of non-rheumatic myocarditis. New classification of myocarditis and the basic pathogenetic mechanisms of development of disease are described. Interrelations of regulating systems with each other and consequences of their dysfunction in pathogenesis of myocarditis are shown.
