Özet
Amaç: Transdermal ve oral tek başına östrojen ve östrojen+progesteron hormon replasman tedavilerinin (HRT) plazma lipid ve lipoproteinleri üzerindeki etkilerini saptamak. Materyal ve Metod: Menopoz polikliniğine kontrol amaçlı veya postmenopozal şikayetlerle başvuran 95 hasta çalışmaya dahil edildi. I. gruptaki hastalara (n=20) transdermal östrojen tedavisi (Climara TTS), II. gruptaki hastalara (n=18) oral konjuge östrojen (Premarin 0.625), III. gruptaki hastalara (n=28) oral konjuge östrojen + Medroksiprogesteron asetat (MPA) (Premelle 2.5), IV.gruptaki hastalara (n=29) ise oral östradiol + noretisteron asetat (NETA) (Kliogest) tedavisi sürekli formda verildi. Bu çalışmada dört grup postmenopozal hastada bazal (tedavi öncesi), 1. ve 6. ay plazma lipid ve lipoprotein değerleri çalışıldı Bulgular: Tüm gruplarda plazma Apo A (apoprotein A) düzeyinde istatistiksel anlamlı artış saptanmıştır (P
Abstract
Objective: To determine effects of transdermal and oral hormone replacement therapy (HRT) on plasma lipid and lipoprotein levels. Materials and Methods: Ninety-five patients who admitted to the menopause policlinic for control purpose or postmenopausal complaint were included in the study. Women in group I (n=20), group II (n=18), group III (n=28) and group IV (n=29) received continous transdermal estradiol (Climara TTS), oral conjugated estrogen (Premarin 0.625), oral conjugated estrogen + medroxyprogesterone acetate (MPA)(Premelle 2.5) and oral estradiol + norethisterone acetate (NETA) (Kliogest) respectively. In all groups basal (before treatment), at 1st, 6th months the levels of lipid and lipoprotein profiles were studied. Results: Plasma apo A (apolipoprotein A) levels have been found at high levels statistically significant in all groups (p
