Özet
Birçok tarihi toplum, kadına kendi kültürel yapısına bağlı olarak bir statü belirlemiştir. Özellikle ilk çağlardan ortaçağın bitimine kadar ki tarihi süreç içerisinde, bu statü çoğu toplumda pek de olumlu manada değildir ve kadın erkeğin tahakkümü altındadır. Bu makalede, eski Türk toplumunda kadının, aileden başlayarak toplam içerisindeki statüsü genel hatlarıyla ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır.
Abstract
Every nation has declared a statute for women that suits its own cultural pattern. This situation is not positive in many societies especially beginning from the first centruy to the end the Middle century and the women are under tehe domination of men. In this article, we aimed to put down the statute of the women in detail in old Turkish society beginning from family to the community.
