Özet
Mastositoz çocuk ve erişkinlerde oldukça nadir görülen, mast hücre hiperplazisi ile karakterize bir hastalıktır. Genellikle yaşamın ilk 2 yılında ortaya çıkar. Bu yazıda soliter mastositom tanısı alan iki olgu sunulmaktadır. Her iki olgunun tipik klinik ve histopatolojik bulgularına ek olarak, bir olguda sistemik tutulum olmaksızın sistemik belirtiler gelişen büllöz soliter mastositom mevcuttur.
Abstract
Background and Design: Mastocytosis is an uncommon disease in both children and adults and charactenzed by mast celi hyperplasia. İt generally presents during the first 2 years of life. We present a 9 month-old infant with bullous form of solitary mastositoma with systemic symptoms vvithout systemic involvement and a 10 months- old infant of solitary mastocytoma vvithout any systemic symptoms.
