Özet
Liken planus pemfigoides subepidermal bul ve liken planus benzeri lezyonlarla karakterize, genellikle erişkinlerde görülen nadir bir hastalıktır. Önceleri liken planus ve büllöz pemfigoidin birlikteliği olarak kabul edilirken son çalışmalar heterojen bir hastalık olduğunu ve liken planusun farklı akız subepidermal büllöz dermatozlara neden olabileceğini göstermiştir. Burada klinik, histopatolojik ve immünfloresan bulgularla liken planus pemfigoides tanısı konulan 61 yaşında bir kadın olgu sunulmuş ve hastalık literatür bilgileriyle kısaca gözden geçirilmiştir.
Abstract
Lichen planus pemphigoides is a rare disease mostly affecting adults and characterized by the presence of subepidermal bullae and lichen planus like lesions. At first it was considered to be the combination of lichen planus and bullous pemphigoid but recent studies support that it is a heterogeneous disease and lichen planus may induce different acquired subepidermal bullous dermatoses. We describe a 61-year old woman sugges-ting lichen planus pemphigoides with clinical, histologic and immunofluorescence findings and briefly review the literature on the disease
