Anestezist için ankilozan spondilitli olgunun anestezisi özelliklidir. Bu nedenle yazımızda total kalça protezi revizyonu geçirecek bir ankilozan spondilitli olguda devamlı spinal anestezi uygulamamız ve ankilozan spondilitli hastalardaki anestezinin özellikleri tartışıldı

Abstract

The patients with ankylosing spondylitis present spesific challenges to the anaesthetist. We present a case where total hip replacement was performed under continuous spinal anaesthesia in a patient suffering from ankylosing spondylitis.Spesific anaesthetic considerations for patients with ankylosing spondylitis are rewiewed
