Özet

Sunumda; pediyatrik olguda, canlı vericiden karaciğer transplantasyonunun diseksiyon döneminde gelişen ve kardiyak kompresyonlarla birlikte vazokonstriktör ilaç tedavisi ve hızlı volüm replasmanı gerektiren hava embolisinin tanınması ve tedavisi tartışılmaktadır.

Abstract

n this case report, the diagnosis and treatment of venous air embolism requiring vasoconstrictor drug treatment together with cardiac compressions and rapid volume replacement during dissection period of living donor liver transplantation in a pediatric case is discussed.
