Özet

Yazıda, operasyon sırasındaki ilk hipertansif atak üzerine feokromasitoma ön tanısı konan olguda, hipertansiyon kontrolü için nitrogliserin ile birlikte propofol infüzyonunun etkinliği tartışılmaktadır.

Abstract

In this case report, the benefit of propofol infusion together with nitroglycerine to control hypertension in a patient with pheochromocytoma, which was diagnosed on the first hypertensive attack during surgery, has been discussed.
