Özet

Amaç: Pediyatrik hastalarda magnetik rezonans görüntülemede (MRG) propofol/ketaminin sedasyon etkinliği, yanetkisi ve derlenmesini karşılaştırmaktır.Gereç ve Yöntem: Yaşları 6-60 ay arası 102 çocuk rasgele iki gruba (ketamin/propofol) ayrıldı. Grup K’ya 0,6 mg kg-1 rektal midazolam ardından bolus 1,5 mg kg-1i.v ketamin ve her 15 dk.’da, 0,5 mg kg-1i.v ketamin, Grup P’ye 1,5 mgkg-1i.v propofol ardından anestezi uygulamasının sürdürülmesinde propofol 100 µg kg-1dk-1infüzyon olarak verildi.Kan basıncı (KB) kalp hızı (KH), periferik oksijen saturasyonu (SpO2 ), The Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin SedationScale’e (CHWSS) göre sedasyon düzeyleri, Aldrete skorlamasına göre taburcu zamanı kaydedildi.

Abstract

Aim: The aim of this study was to compare in pediatric patients adverse effects, sedative effcacies, and also recovery rates of propofol and ketamine used for magnetic resonance imaging. Material and Method: Hundred and two children aged 6-60 mos were randomly assigned into two groups (ketamine and propofol). After rectal application of 0,6 mg kg-1midazolam, iv bolus (1,5 mg kg-1 ) ketamine was administeredand the maintenance dosage of ketamine was adjusted as 0,5 mg kg-1every 15 min in Group K, however in Group P ivbolus propofol (1,5 mg kg-1 ) was given and the maintenance dosage was set at 100 µg kg-1min-1 . Blood pressure (BP),heart rate (HR), peripheral oxygen saturation (SpO2 ), The Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin Sedation Scale (CHWSS) forsedation levels and Aldrete scoring for the time to discharge were recorded. Results: In Group P, systolic BP values at 15. minutes, and diastolic BPs at 10., 15., 20., 25., 30., and 35. minuteswere lower than Group K (p
