Tüberküloz olgularında kaygı (anksiyete) ve depresyon'un incelenmesi

Özet

Bu çalışmada 100 aktif akciğer tüberkülozlu ve 50 sağlıklı bireyin kaygı ve depresyon durumları araştırıldı. Olgulara STAI (State-Trait Anxiety Invantory) ve Beck Envanteri (Depresyon Envanteri) testleri uygulandı. Tüberküloz olgularının % 51'inde durumlıU kaygı, % 45'inde sürekli kaygı ve % 54'ünde depresyon izlendi. Elde edilen değerler sağlıklı bireylerden oluşan kontrol grubu ile karşılaştırıldı. Kaygı yönünden aralarında istatistiki fark izlenmezken, depresyon hasta grubunda istatistik i olarak anlamlı idi.

Abstract

A RESEARCH ON THE ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION IN THE CASES OF TUBERCULOSIS In this study, anxiety and depression states of 100 patients with tuberculosis and 50 healthy persons are examined. STAI (State Trait Anxiety Invantory) and Beck Invantory (Depression Invantory) tests are applied to the cases. In 51 % of the patients witt tuberculosis instanteneous anxiety and in 45 % of them continious anxiety is determined. The values are compared with that of th( healthy control group. While there wasn't significant statistical difference for anxiety, it was statistically significant for depression ii the group of tuberculous patients.
