Abstract
A hyponatremic bronchioloalveolar carcinoma case with bronchorrhea was reported since the sputum and serum contained high levels of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), gastrointestinal cancer-associated antigen (CA 19-9) and CA 15-1 which presented higher levels in the sputum than the serum. CA-125 level was elevated only in the sputum.
