Özet
Akciğer kanserinin iskelet kası metastazı oldukça nadirdir. Skuamöz hücreli akciğer kanserinin, iki iskelet kası metastazı olgusunu bildirdik. Toraks bilgisayarlı tomografi, iskelet kası fasial planları içindeki tümörün lokalizasyonunu gösterdi. Birinci olgu, perkütan tru-cut biyopsi ile teşhis edildi. İkinci olgu, ince iğne aspirasyonunun sitolojlk muayenesi ile teşhis edildi. Palyatif amaçlı radyoterapi, şişlik ve/veya ağrının palyasyonunda etkiliydi.
Abstract
The skeletal muscle metastases of the lung cancer are extremely rare. We report two cases of skeletal muscle metastases from squamous cell lung carcinoma. Computed tomography of the thorax revealed the location of the tumor within the fascial planes of skeletal muscle. First case was diagnosed by percutaneous tru-cut biopsy. Second case was diagnosed by thin needle aspiration with cytological examination. A palliative course of radiation therapy was effective in palliation of swelling and/or pain
