Özet

Desmoid tümör göğüs duvarının primer yumuşak doku sarkomlarından ender görülenlerindendir. Metastaz yapmamasına rağmen, lokal nüks oranı yüksek olduğu için geniş rezeksiyon uygulanmalıdır. Kliniğimizde toraks duvarı rezeksiyonu ve metil metakrilat-mersilen mesh ile rekonstrüksiyon uygulanan, desmoid tümör tanısı konulmuş bir olguyu sunmayı amaçladık.

Abstract

Desmoid tumors which is primer soft tissue sarcomas of the chest wall are uncommon. Although they are non-metastatic tumors, extended resection must be performed, because recurrency rate are high,. We purposed to report a case of desmoid tumor and which is treated by chest wall resection and reconstruction with methyl methacrylate and mersilen mesh.
